We're hiring for a construction and infrastructure group known for its collaborative approach. This employer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Anglian Water team, offering a vital role in managing the commercial delivery of key contracts within a supportive environment.

The Role

• Play a vital role in managing the commercial delivery of contracts.
• Support the commercial team in delivering objectives related to profitability and cash collection.
• Collaborate with operations teams to produce accurate cost value reconciliations and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal cash collection throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Oversee subcontract procurement and assessment, ensuring best value and minimal risk.
• Prepare and submit monthly applications and final accounts.

What You'll Need

• Experience in a similar commercial role within the construction or related industries.
• Appropriate Quantity Surveying qualification and sound commercial & business knowledge.
• Experience working on NEC suite of contracts or similar.
• Ability to understand and respond to contract issues.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and IT skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
