The Role

• Secure workpieces and set up machines
• Load and adjust CNC programs as needed
• Monitor the entire manufacturing process
• Respond promptly to disruptions or errors
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on machines

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, cutting mechanic, or equivalent
• Experience operating CNC machines
• Technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings
• Independent and precise work ethic
• Willingness to work in shifts
