The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including repairs, diagnostics, and routine checks.
• Manage your own parts stock and efficiently report on completed work.
• Represent the company with exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Work independently and make sound decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues.
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule with varied tasks and customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think independently and problem-solve effectively.
