Mid-Level Storage Administrator [$301k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Monitor and manage enterprise backup and recovery environments across multiple platforms. • Administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage arrays, including Oracle ZFS, and maintain SAN infrastructure. • Coordinate with security personnel to apply system patches and maintain security authorization documentation.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 10+ years • Total Compensation: $301k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Monitor and maintain enterprise backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubrik. • Work directly with stakeholders to integrate new servers and virtual machines into backups and resolve backup issues. • Configure and deploy newly acquired backup solutions. • Coordinate break-fix maintenance for backup appliances and disk arrays including Oracle ZFS, NetApp, VAST, and IBM storage systems. • Troubleshoot SAN connectivity and performance issues using command-line diagnostics and zoning configurations. • Collaborate with the ISSO to ensure all system vulnerabilities are remediated and patched. • Assist the ISSO with System Security Plan (SSP) re-authorization efforts. • Participate in scheduled rotational on-call support for after-hours operational needs.
