Temporary Benefits Specialist

We’re looking for a Temporary Benefits Specialist to provide hands-on support with benefits administration, Open Enrollment and employee leave administration. The role will also support benefits-related activities as part of our Workday implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Support Open Enrollment in UKG Benefits Administration (Benefits Prime)
• Handle day-to-day benefits administration, including life events and employee questions
• Support employee leave administration and related questions
• Assist with benefits-related Workday implementation and testing activities
• Review and reconcile benefits data using Excel
• Help track and resolve issues and support other benefits activities as needed
• Work directly with employees and internal partners to answer questions and resolve issues

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with UKG Benefits Administration / Benefits Prime, including Open Enrollment
• Solid experience administering employee benefits
• Extensive experience with employee leave administration
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with data
• Comfortable speaking directly with employees and explaining benefits and leave information clearly and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and learning new processes quickly
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Workday experience is a plus, particularly implementation or testing experience
