Customer Support Administrator

Customer Support Representative Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, onsite An industrial equipment company is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its Charlotte team on a temporary assignment of approximately three months. In this role, you'll help customers and distributors get the equipment and parts they need, handling orders from entry through delivery and keeping everyone informed along the way. It's a good fit for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and likes being the person others can count on for a straight answer.

Customer Support Representative Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and distributor calls and emails promptly and professionally -Enter and process equipment and spare parts orders in the company's ERP system -Help customers identify the right parts and answer questions about pricing, availability, and lead times -Track orders through invoicing and delivery to make sure commitments are met on time -Provide proactive status updates and follow up on open requests until they are resolved -Partner with the sales team and other internal departments to address delays, backorders, and order issues -Maintain accurate records of customer communication and order activity -Support ongoing process improvements and other team projects as needed Customer Support Representative Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role -Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel -Experience working in an ERP system -Strong phone and written communication skills
