Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and define technical strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and cost-effective technical architectures.
• Design and lead complex API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Guide development teams on Salesforce platform best practices and architecture.
• Work extensively with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Lead design sessions, code reviews, workshops, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Develop technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams.
• Support Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD/release management.
• Define data migration and ETL strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, accessibility, and WCAG 2.1 requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and business stakeholders.
