Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Investment Platforms
(Private Credit, Structured Credit, Private Equity & Insurance)
Location: New York, NY / Dallas, TX / Rockville, MD (Hybrid)

Job Details:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the implementation and enhancement of enterprise investment platforms. In this role, you'll bridge business and technology by translating complex requirements into scalable solutions, driving end-to-end delivery, and supporting digital transformation across investment operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of Portfolio Management, Order Management, and Investment Accounting platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver projects through testing and user adoption.
  • Drive SaaS implementations, workflow automation, data warehousing, and reporting initiatives.
  • Develop reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Sigma Computing, or Looker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery, SDLC best practices, and production support.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial technology.
  • Expertise in investment platforms, alternative investments, and the investment lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Private Equity (PE) and Credit asset classes, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end investment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Redshift, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, S&P Markit, Refinitiv, PitchBook, or Preqin is preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments or equivalent, with a strong audit, compliance, and risk management mindset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
