Role:  Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant (Training and User Enablement Focus)

Location:  Onsite (Sleepy Eye, Minnesota) – Open for candidate willing to relocate

Duration: 5 Month CTH

Job Description

 Focus on building and delivering training to internal teams on what they need to know about Oracle Fusion and their role. Training will cover 7 unique teams (Cost Accounting, Transportation Management, Data Lake House, Supply Chain Planning and Execution, Inventory Management and Technical)

 Responsibilities: 

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define interface needs and turn functional goals into practical integration designs.
• Directly train users in group and 1-on-1 settings what they'll need to know in working with Oracle Fusion and how it relates to their job.
• Produce clear technical documentation covering solution design, data mappings, workflows, and support considerations.
• Position requires Oracle Fusion supply chain and inventory management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to varied audiences.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred, or equivalent knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing best practices.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or other specialized industry applications is preferred.
