InEight Systems Administrator & BAU Improvement Lead

The Department of Regional NSW seeks a Systems Administration Coordinator to support SCS during the transition of InEight into business-as-usual operations. You will own the product, administer systems, and provide specialist user support to ensure standardised and effective use across the organisation.

You will coordinate system improvements, maintain governance and policies, monitor data quality, and develop clear user guides and training to boost adoption and service reliability.
