We're hiring for a specialist in energy infrastructure known for its commitment to innovation and sustainable energy solutions. This employer is seeking a motivated individual to join their established team and contribute to critical infrastructure projects.

The Role

• Lead and manage projects related to cable and pipeline networks from planning to completion, ensuring economic, technical, and timely execution.
• Coordinate teams and create project documentation (Aufmaße).
• Plan and assign tasks for your teams, including the management and control of subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to internal and external quality management standards and HSEQ/work safety guidelines to achieve project goals.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in cable/pipeline construction (e.g., civil engineering, pipeline construction, cable laying, electrician) or equivalent significant experience.
• German language proficiency (B2/C1 Level).
• A valid driver's license (Class B required, Class C/CE desirable).
• A self-driven, reliable, and motivated work ethic with strong communication and teamwork skills.
