Job Description
Role: Windows System Admin
Loaction: Houston TX ONSITE
NEED SOME ONE WITH DAY 1 ONSITE AND INPERSON INTERVIEW
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, performance tuning, and capacity planning
Install, configure, and optimize IIS for .NET and web application hosting, including SSL/TLS, application pools, bindings, and HTTP/2
Manage deployments on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, EKS) and Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, GCS, VPC, IAM, GKE)
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS / GKE), including workload deployment, namespaces, RBAC, ingress controllers and HPA
Manage Windows container workloads on Kubernetes using Windows node pools
Implement and maintain Helm charts for standardized application deployments
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and PowerShell
Manage DNS, load balancers, SSL/TLS certificates, network policies, and security groups across all environments
Support CI/CD pipelines integrating Kubernetes deployments via GitHub Actions
Monitor cluster and application health using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Google Cloud Platform Cloud Monitoring
Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and multi-region failover configurations
Collaborate with development and security teams to meet compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
