Due to expansion within the team, they are looking for shift engineers to join. Role &amp; responsibilities of a Shift Engineer:

Carry out planned preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all high-speed production &amp; packaging machinery<br />Working on control panels, HMi's, PLC's, SCADA Systems<br />Electrical &amp; mechanical fault finding, problem solving and repairs<br />Continuous improvement projects<br />Dealing with motors, VSD's, servo drives, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, inverters<br />Mechanical fabrication, fitting, welding Knowledge, skills &amp; experience need to be a Shift Engineer:

Multi skilled engineer - ideally electrically biased<br />NVQ Level 3 engineering or maintenance minimum<br />Ideally HNC / HND qualified - time-served-apprenticeship<br />Must have worked in some form of fast-paced / Food / FMCG manufacturing industry<br />Strong electrical &amp; mechanical problem solving skills<br />Knowledge of PLC's, automation &amp; control systems, HMi's<br />Worked on motors, inverters, VSD's, sensors, switches, pneumatics, gearboxes If you do not get a response back on your application within 24-48 hours please presume you are unsuccessful.
