The Role

You'll build relationships with candidates and clients while developing your own specialist market.

Your day-to-day will include:

Sourcing, headhunting and qualifying candidates

Managing candidates through interviews and offers

Building candidate and client relationships

Developing your network and generating new business

Keeping up with market developments

Building and growing your own business portfolio

You'll have responsibility from an early stage, with the training and support to help you succeed.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a recent graduate, have recruitment experience, or be in a sales or commercially focused role. We're looking for someone who is:

Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results

Confident communicating with people

Competitive and comfortable picking up the phone

Organised, positive and willing to learn

Prepared to work hard and take ownership

You don't need recruitment experience. You do need drive.

Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Mandarin, are advantageous but not essential.
