We’re Hiring: Product Manager – Web Portal & Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager with strong experience in web portal products, financial services, and Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH).

The ideal candidate will have experience building and enhancing web-based platforms, managing products from discovery through launch, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver user-friendly solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong hands-on Product Management experience with web-based portals where users log in to manage accounts, access information, or complete transactions.

✅ Experience across the full SDLC and Agile Product Management lifecycle.

✅ Strong experience with Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH), including HSA, FSA, HRA, and benefits administration.

✅ Experience leading large, complex product initiatives from discovery through launch.

✅ Good technical understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, databases, and financial data security.

✅ Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and product delivery.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in payment processing, financial institutions, or fintech.
• Knowledge of card issuance, payment networks, and PCI compliance.
• Experience with multi-sided platforms or marketplaces.
