Job Description

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Credit Risk & Pricing Strategy Engagement Manager to lead credit risk and pricing strategy engagements for Fintech and lending clients. The ideal candidate brings deep lending expertise, strong analytical and consulting skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary client contact, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Analyze volume, funnel, pricing, and RoE trends to drive business decisions.
  • Evaluate credit performance and recommend policy improvements.
  • Develop and optimize credit policies and pricing across origination channels.
  • Monitor third-party channel dynamics and advise senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution.
  • Manage offshore analytical teams, including project planning and delivery.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 6-14 years of experience in credit risk strategy, consulting, solution design, and client management.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience managing origination channels.
  • Expertise in credit cards/lending, particularly acquisitions and underwriting.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and people-management skills.
  • Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or a related analytics field; strong candidates with relevant BA/BS degrees are also encouraged to apply.
