- What is the purpose of this team?

- What is driving this need? (ex. Backfill for FTE or CW, new project, business growth)

- Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.

- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? - The purpose of the Contractor Command Center (CCC) is to manage the onboarding, deployment, redeployment, and offboarding of contractor support for Mission Simplify. This is an extremely high impact, high visibility team.

- This is a new project that requires additional support

- There is a primary team of 9 people to lead and manage the CCC. We meet daily to review demand, action requests, and problem solve issues. The key project is Mission Simplify and support of all BTS initiatives that fall under Mission Simplify.

- At this time I am not anticipating additional hiring needs

Typical Day in the Role

- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).

- What are the performance expectations/metrics?

- What makes this role unique? - Attend daily meeting to review status, action items, and issues. Review and take action on intake forms, confirm data accuracy. Work with requestors to ensure they are requesting the correct type of resource, provide guidance to requests on CCC procedures, guide requests through approval process, and troubleshoot/resolve any issues.

- Expectation is to own the end to end CCC processes and provide support to leaders/requestors. Resource will be measured on ability to understand and follow the process, data accuracy, timeliness of action, issue identification and resolution.

- This role is unique in that it sits at the forefront of a critical initiative in the organization which will enable all initiatives to be successful or unsuccessful.

Candidate Requirements

Education/Certification Required: Preferred:

Years of experience required: 2-4

Disqualifiers: less than 2 years of experience, no experience in owning end to end processes, unable to explain how resource has maintained data accuracy and complete documentation, poor written/verbal skills, lack of executive presence.

Additional qualities to look for: Proactive problem solving, critical thinking, executive presence
