Infor CloudSuite Consultant

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $54-59/hr
Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Lisle, IL
We are looking for an experienced Infor LN / Baan Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Infor ERP platforms, Finance & Accounting modules, and ERP integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop functional specifications, prepare and execute test cases, and perform data loading and system setup.
• Work with Baan 4C4 and Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS), or Infor LN 10.6 and above.
• Handle Infor LN integrations using ION, including BODs, BDEs (Extensions), and XML.
• Support Finance and Accounting modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Costing, and Journal Entries.
• Manage multi-company configurations and financial transactions.
• Support integrations with other ERP systems for issues, receipts, adjustment journals, purchase invoices, and debit/credit memos.
• Perform trial balance activities and financial period closures.
• Support EDI and Electronic Invoicing processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, and technical consultants.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Baan 4C4 and Infor CloudSuite Automotive (ICS), or Infor LN 10.6+.
• Hands-on experience with Infor ION, BODs, BDEs, and XML.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting.
• Experience with GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Costing, and Financial Closing.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, EDI, and Electronic Invoicing.
• Good technical understanding of Infor and Baan components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
