Job Description
SQL Developer (Data Integration) Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland (Hybrid) Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available) Initial FTC - Highly likely to become permanent Are you a SQL-focused Data Analyst who enjoys working on data integration, ETL pipelines, and complex datasets? This is an opportunity to join a growing data team supporting multiple clients, playing a key role in migrating legacy systems to modern platforms while ensuring data integrity and continuity. You'll work closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high quality data solutions. Why join? * Be central to a major data migration project * Work with a collaborative team across data engineering and analytics * Gain exposure to complex, large scale data environments * Opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract What you'll be doing: * Design and build data integration solutions using SSIS * Write and optimise SQL (T-SQL) for data transformation and retrieval * Support migration from legacy systems to a modern database platform * Automate data processes and improve existing workflows * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on data delivery * Contribute to database design and integration architecture What you'll bring: * Strong SQL development skills (T-SQL) * Experience building ETL pipelines using SSIS * Experience working with XML data * Understanding of data warehousing and integration techniques * Experience working with complex, multi table datasets * Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders Nice to have: * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS * Exposure to Python, R, or C# * Experience in financial services or regulated environments Interested?
