Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior ETL Tester with strong data automation experience and exposure to AI-driven testing tools. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data warehouse testing, build automated validation frameworks, and ensure high data quality across complex data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ETL, data warehouse, and migration testing.

• Design and maintain automated data validation frameworks for regression and integration testing.

• Execute source-to-target data reconciliation and complex backend SQL validation.

• Collaborate with Agile engineering teams to identify, track, and resolve data discrepancies.

• Support AI-enabled testing initiatives, intelligent automation, and GenAI-assisted QA strategies.

Required Qualifications

• ETL & Data Testing: 8+ years of expertise in ETL testing, data migration, source-to-target validation, and strong backend SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

• Automation Scripting: Hands-on automation framework experience using Python or Java with tools like PyTest, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or UFT.

• AI & Modern QA: Exposure to AI-driven testing tools, predictive testing, or GenAI-assisted QA workflows.

• DevOps & Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or enterprise big data environments.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
