Job Description

Job Title: Zscaler Engineer

Location: Onsite Atlanta, GA
Duration: Contract (6+ Months)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, and support Zscaler cloud security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), along with networking and security expertise.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Network Security experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA & ZPA
  • Experience implementing and managing Zscaler cloud security
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS
  • Experience with VPN, Proxy, Firewalls, and Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
  • Knowledge of SAML, Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, or other Identity Providers
  • Experience with MFA and Zero Trust Architecture
  • Understanding of PKI and SSL certificate management
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity and authentication issues
  • Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar network security technologies
