The Role

• Conduct ambulatory diagnostics and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide comprehensive care for inpatients, from admission through to discharge, including surgical and conservative treatments.
• Manage complex orthopedic conditions through conservative therapy and multimodal treatment approaches.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff, nursing, and physiotherapy teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Actively participate in internal training and contribute to the development of orthopedic treatment concepts.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a General Surgeon (or Surgical Specialist) with a desire to specialize in orthopedic patient care.
• Preferably, experience in treating orthopedic conditions and performing orthopedic surgeries.
• A strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and high professional competence.
• Excellent teamwork, empathy, and respectful communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Keen interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and advancing modern orthopedic treatment concepts.
