Performance and Insight Business Partner
Salary: 56,385 (pro rotated)
Fixed Term Contract until March 2027
Birmingham (Hybrid 2 days a week)

REED Technology are recruiting for a Performance and Insight Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced performance, insight or business intelligence professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business decisions.

Working in a highly visible business partnering role, you will support senior stakeholders by delivering insightful reporting, customer research, performance analysis and strategic recommendations. You'll play a key role in helping the organisation understand performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement and support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful dashboards, reports and performance scorecards
  • Analyse trends, KPIs and business performance data
  • Lead and support customer research initiatives
  • Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with senior leaders and operational stakeholders
  • Support regulatory reporting and data quality initiatives
  • Contribute to service improvement and transformation projects

Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in Performance Reporting, Business Intelligence, Insight or Data Analysis
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Experience producing dashboards and management information
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing or supporting analytical and research projects

Desirable Experience

  • Power BI
  • Customer research and insight programmes
  • Social housing or regulated sector experience
