Summary: • Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and language models across the development lifecycle. • Implement natural language processing and advanced algorithms using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and AWS SageMaker. • Support end-to-end software development and AI/ML model integration utilizing Python, Java, and C++.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 2+ years • Total Compensation: $196k+ yearly Job Description: • Design, create, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms to solve complex challenges. • Select appropriate datasets, conduct statistical analysis, and evaluate algorithm performance. • Train, retrain, and fine-tune models through iterative feedback to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. • Interact with data pipelines and implement foundational concepts of data governance and infrastructure management. • Execute standard test and evaluation protocols and provide system integration oversight. • Collaborate across development teams using Git, Kubernetes, and modern ML li braries.
