We're hiring on behalf of a premier mission integrator, a Fortune 500 organization focused on advancing technology and innovation to serve and protect the world. This company leverages a robust portfolio across defense, space, civilian, and intelligence markets, integrating emerging technology into critical national imperatives.

The Role

• Research, write, and edit materials for IT processes, plans, procedures, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Obtain technical data through observation, review with technical staff, and studying published materials.
• Interface with users, specialists, and analysts to gather information on technologies, methods, and standards.
• Revise text and recommend changes to ensure conformance with established standards.
• Perform final quality assurance on all written materials.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of experience in writing and editing.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting IT Operations or IT-related content.
• Ability to facilitate discussions on IT service management, project lifecycle, and business processes.
• Proficiency with Office 365 software and the ability to create/edit Visio workflows.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to understand technical conversations and identify documentation gaps.
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder with at least 3 years of U.S. residency and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
