Job Role: Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & react, AI-Enabled SDLC)

Location: Summit, NJ and Midtown, NYC (Hybrid 3 days per week onsite)

Year of Experience: 10 years

Type: C2C/FTE

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C# and React, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools. The developer will work closely with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to accelerate delivery and improve software quality through AI-enabled SDLC practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET/C# and React.
  2. Build responsive front-end applications and robust backend services/APIs.
  3. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  4. Use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor and Claude Code for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  5. Apply AI across SDLC phases including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  6. Collaborate with the AI team to refine and improve AI-driven development frameworks and practices.
  7. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  8. Participate in Agile ceremonies, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
  9. Contribute to technical design, architecture, code quality, and performance optimization.

 

Required Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
  3. Strong proficiency in:
    1. .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
    2. React / JavaScript / TypeScript
  4. Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  5. Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
  6. Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices.
  7. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

 

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with AI SDLC frameworks such as BMAD or similar.
  2. Experience with prompt-driven development and AI-generated code.
  3. Experience developing enterprise-scale applications, frameworks, or platforms.
  4. Familiarity with Azure or AWS and modern DevOps pipelines.
  5. Experience integrating AI into software development workflows
