Web Content Specialist

Description
We are partnering with a growing technology company to identify a Web Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients following website launch. This role combines website support, client services, and account management responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while managing and maintaining websites.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary contact for client website requests, updates, and support needs.
2. Manage website content changes, maintenance requests, and ongoing updates.
3. Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers when technical support is needed.
4. Track, prioritize, and resolve client requests in a timely manner.
5. Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
6. Ensure website updates are completed accurately and efficiently.
7. Document support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues.
8. Help drive a positive client experience throughout the support lifecycle.

Requirements
Top 5 Must-Haves:

Experience building, managing, or maintaining websites.

Strong client-facing communication skills and customer-service mindset.

Ability to troubleshoot website-related issues and coordinate with technical teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Comfortable serving as the bridge between clients and developers.

Preferred Experience:

• WordPress or other CMS experience.
• Website administration or digital operations experience.
• Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services background.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Skills & Tools:

• WordPress or similar CMS platforms

• Customer support or ticketing systems
• HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Client communication and relationship management
