The Position
Our bank client is seeking to fill a Market Leader role in the Chippewa Falls, WI area. The position is responsible for overseeing all banking activities and assisting in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors.
The opportunity has a generous salary of up to $110K plus generous incentives and a benefits package. (This is not a remote position.)
Market Leader responsibilities include:
- Responsible for overall leadership and management of bank performance, including direct responsibility for commercial lending and credit, as well as collaborative responsibility for retail and private banking
- Lead bank team to perform at a high level related to overall delivery of sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards
- This position is responsible for overseeing all banking activities and assisting in establishing bank policies, strategies, objectives and practices set forth by the CEO and Board of Directors
- This position works with all levels within the organization and builds strong working relationships

You also bring the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
Five or more years experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
Superior customer service and proven sales skills.
Strong PC skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
