We're hiring on behalf of a reputable company within the pharmaceutical industry seeking a dedicated Quality Manager. The Role

• Support departments with root cause analysis and risk assessment in line with ICH Q9 guidelines.
• Review, evaluate, and assist teams in creating risk assessments across all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing.
• Maintain a risk register aligned with the release register.
• Conduct training for employees on risk assessment methodologies.
• Prepare KPIs and support the preparation of the QA circle.
• Participate in meetings concerning risk assessment status, particularly within project teams.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
• Experience in the regulatory affairs sector is desirable.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Good German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Reliability, a high sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills.
