Senior Financial Crime Data, Change & Systems Analyst

BOQ Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Crime Change, Systems and Data to drive meaningful change across AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud initiatives. You'll translate complex regulatory and operational needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.

You'll work through discovery, design, testing, and implementation, interrogate data with SQL, and leverage Python, Power BI and Excel to support accurate, evidence-based decisions while engaging stakeholders across the business.
