Role: SAP Concur Functional SME
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ months

Role Overview
Seeking experienced SAP Concur Functional SMEs to lead the configuration and global rollout of SAP Concur Travel & Expense across 19 countries in EMEA, APAC, and the Middle East. This is a hands-on functional role focused on policy configuration, compliance, and multi-country workflow design.

Must-Have Skills

  • SAP Concur (Expense & Travel) configuration
  • SAP Concur Travel Management
  • Multi-country Concur implementations (EMEA, APAC, Middle East)
  • VAT/GST configuration and compliance
  • Germany & Austria travel allowance rules
  • Country-specific mileage configuration
  • Multi-currency setup (8+ primary, 20+ secondary currencies)
  • Complex approval workflow design (HR, Tax, Finance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP Concur Travel & Expense across 19 countries
  • Design expense policies, VAT/GST, travel allowance, and mileage rules
  • Configure multi-currency and regional approval workflows
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to ensure compliance
  • Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-production optimization
