Job Description
WAGEC is seeking a hands-on Digital Change Leader to guide a 0.8 FTE, 12-month fixed-term Digital Uplift. The role, based at Redfern with travel across nine sites, focuses on building digital capabilities and change ownership across the organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Quality and Impact, you will drive systems adoption, end-to-end implementation, and continuous improvement of digital solutions in services for women, children and families.
