AI Architect

Pay Range: $55/hr - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI agent solutions spanning Azure AI Foundry and UiPath.
• Establish design patterns and best practices for agentic AI, RAG pipelines, LLM integration, and RPA-AI convergence.
• Architect enterprise-wide integration strategies connecting AI agents to core systems (EHR/EMR, claims platforms, ERP/CRM, data platforms, APIs).
• Lead technical evaluations and selection of models, tools, and frameworks; own the AI/automation technology roadmap.
• Design governance frameworks for AI agent security, compliance, responsible AI, access control, and cost management.
• Partner with business, security, data, and engineering leadership to translate strategic goals into technical architecture.
• Mentor and guide AI engineers and developers on implementation, providing architectural oversight and code/design reviews.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging agentic AI capabilities and platform updates.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 15+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI and UiPath.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Python.
• Solid grasp of enterprise integration architecture (APIs, event-driven systems, microservices, ERP/CRM integration).
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud architecture (networking, security, identity, scalability, cost governance).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing technical decisions at a senior level.
• Experience with responsible AI, data governance, and compliance frameworks, especially for regulated industries.
• Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus, given the added regulatory and clinical-workflow considerations involved in deploying AI agents in this space.
