Position: Business Analyst 
Location: Irving, TX/Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time

• Must have 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst with strong recent banking domain exp
• Need to have CCBA or CBAP certification or should take certification after selection before onboarding
• Candidates should have a LinkedIn profile that has been active for at least 4-5 years

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong and recent banking domain experience is mandatory
• Experience working on business requirements, functional requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams
• CCBA or CBAP certification required

• Candidates who do not currently hold the certification may be considered if they are willing to obtain CCBA/CBAP after selection and before onboarding
