LTAC (hospital in hospital) 20 hours minimum per week
Hours also cover LTAC in Greenfield
Be part of a dynamic therapy team
Easy access to local Regional Management Staff for Support
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant would perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current or eligible for state license
Prefer active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required)
Prefer minimum one (1) year experience
New grads welcome to apply
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
LTAC (Long- Term Acute Care) provides a much higher level of care than nursing homes, rehabilitation centers or assisted living facilities. It is designed for the medically - complex patient who still require hospital- level treatment but no longer need intensive care (ICU) monitoring.
