The Role

• Service customer needs and recommend telecommunication products and plans.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts within the community.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Stay current with the latest technology products and services in the telecommunications industry.
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant changes in products and services.
