Job Description

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Role: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in Fort Myers, FL. This role centers on helping patients improve pelvic floor function, reduce discomfort, build strength, and return to daily activities with more control and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Complete initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments
  • Treat pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, weakness, postpartum concerns, and related conditions
  • Develop practical treatment plans based on each patient’s symptoms and goals
  • Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and pelvic floor interventions
  • Provide clear education on home programs, movement habits, and recovery strategies
  • Measure patient progress and revise care plans as needed
  • Maintain complete and organized clinical documentation
  • Help create a professional clinic experience where patients feel informed and supported
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
  • DPT or MSPT Degree required
  • Outpatient experience required
  • Pelvic health experience preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills
