The Role

• Manage overall account relationships, providing strategic service and support to maximize margins and market share.
• Act as a key liaison between suppliers and customers, building long-term business partnerships.
• Drive solutions selling by understanding the competitive landscape and making informed sales decisions.
• Oversee the quote-to-order sales process, coordinating resources for quotations and validating product information.
• Manage sales support activities for the order-to-invoice process, including backend quality and credit/financial information.
• Develop and manage customer strategies within assigned account territories for sales excellence.

What You'll Need

• 5 years of experience in electronics distribution, with a preference for passive electronics component sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Macros) being a plus.
• Ability to build influential relationships and work collaboratively to achieve results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales acumen.
• Adaptability to new systems and quick learning.
