The Role • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Membership Advisors, ensuring they meet sales and performance goals. • Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategies to exceed membership sales targets. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. • Oversee quality control to ensure all team members deliver outstanding member experiences, from initial tours to ongoing engagement. • Collaborate with management to strategize daily and weekly plans to achieve sales objectives and operational targets. • Identify and address staff performance issues proactively, providing coaching and training to enhance sales and service skills.
