Job Description
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
- Strong expertise in Time & Attendance, Timekeeping, Scheduling, ACT, Forecasting, and Reporting.
- Configure WFS policies, pay codes, quota banks, work schedules, and time validation.
- Design and implement WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, ECC, Payroll, and other workforce systems.
- Develop/customize scripts using JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
- Experience with WFS TOR, Policy Editor, APIs, ETL, reporting, and interfaces.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot WFS configuration, integration, and performance issues.
- Strong client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
- WFS certifications (Time, ACT, Interfaces) or PT102 certification preferred.
- Prior experience with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is a plus.
