Job description
About the Role
Join an AI software team building a platform that uses agents to carry out business tasks across a company's tools and systems. This hands-on individual contributor role spans product experiences, backend platform services, and the infrastructure that makes agents capable and reliable.
What You'll Do
Build and ship user-facing features across web and mobile, from early product ideas through polished production software.
Design clear interactions for delegating work to agents, tracking progress, handling uncertainty, and using results.
Develop backend APIs and services for accounts, workspaces, permissions, billing, payments, and analytics.
Build and operate connectors, authentication, webhooks, automations, and third-party integrations.
Develop agent runtimes and supporting infrastructure, including execution environments, context management, storage, and model-serving systems.
Own production systems and improve their reliability, security, correctness, and operational simplicity.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience shipping production software, with experience spanning TypeScript across Node.js backends and React frontends.
Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree in computer science or equivalent depth of knowledge.
Hands-on ownership of backend or infrastructure work, including deploying and debugging services with Docker and GCP.
Experience building agent or AI infrastructure beyond model API wrappers, such as execution runtimes, tool systems, or sandboxed environments.
Background in areas such as databases, distributed systems, compilers, operating systems, or low-level systems; Rust or C++ experience is useful.
Recent hands-on individual contributor experience, clear ownership of shipped work, and interest in building products and systems from the ground up.
