A Producer Agent position with our agency offers you endless opportunities within our company, Farmers Insurance and the insurance industry. We provide you with training, a licensing stipend, and prospects in order to position you to solicit, propose, and advise on the insurance portfolios of individuals and businesses. Producers can earn up to $90,000 per year inclusive of commissions and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance products
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and leads
Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients
Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Requirements
Property Casualty Insurance License required
Life Health Insurance License
Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up
Clear background per insurance carrier requirement
