In this role, you’ll work directly with both new and existing customers to recommend lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and outdoor pest control services that keep lawns healthy, green, and beautiful. As a Lawn Care Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs.

Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
~Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
~Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement
~Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
~Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
~Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
~Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
~Ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling
~Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred
