Do you want to join us

Help us deliver unforgettable graduation experiences.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Co-ordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team, supporting our university graduation photography and gowning services.

Graduation is one of the most important moments in a student's journey, and we work closely with our university partners to help make it a memorable experience.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll help bring new university partnerships to life, support our existing clients and keep important projects, deadlines and communications on track.

You'll work with colleagues across the business, playing a key role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Bringing new partnerships to life

  • Co-ordinate the implementation of new university contracts, from contract award through to launch.
  • Create and manage implementation plans, keeping track of milestones, deadlines and actions.
  • Work with colleagues across the business to ensure contractual commitments are communicated and preparations stay on track.

Supporting tenders and contracts

  • Co-ordinate tender submissions, gathering information and working with different teams to meet deadlines.
  • Help prepare professional tender documents, presentations and supporting materials.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, key dates and reporting requirements.
  • Supporting our university partners
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Relationship Managers to support our university clients.
  • Keep track of important graduation milestones, from gowning bookings to event launches.
  • Help co-ordinate customer feedback, post-event reporting and responses to enquiries.
  • Liaise with colleagues across Marketing, Gowning and Field Operations to keep everyone informed and prepared.

Making things work better

  • Maintain organised systems, calendars and shared information.
  • Help develop useful resources and improve processes across the team.
  • Spot opportunities to make everyday tasks simpler, more efficient and better connected.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who likes getting things done, takes pride in the details and can confidently manage several priorities at once.

Above all, we're looking for someone who is organised, takes initiative and enjoys working with people.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a co-ordination, administration, customer success or project support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with different teams and following up to keep things moving.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.

Experience with tenders, contracts, project implementation, CRM systems or the higher education sector would be an advantage, but isn't essential.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to be part of a team that helps universities celebrate one of the biggest milestones in their students' lives.

You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are quite the same, work with people across different departments and have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to how we support our university partners.

If you're someone who loves being organised, enjoys bringing people together and gets satisfaction from making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
