The Role • Act as the primary point of contact for customers initiating insurance claims, managing communications via phone and email. • Clearly explain the claims process, address customer inquiries, and ensure a supportive experience. • Process claim form requests, update relevant databases, and assist with claims handling and payment procedures. • Provide administrative support to the claims team, contributing to efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
