Your new companyYou will be joining a large, well-established organisation within its Data function, supporting a busy Project Management Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or project support professional looking to develop their experience within a structured PMO environment.
Your new roleAs an Admin PMO Analyst, you will provide essential administrative support to the wider PMO team, helping to ensure projects and engagements are effectively coordinated and delivered.Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the PMO team with financial processes and reporting
• Assisting with the governance and administration of project engagements
• Supporting team capacity planning and work allocation
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining organisational charts and distribution lists for starters and leavers
• Running reports to monitor holiday bookings and forecasts
• Supporting compliance across the wider team
• Providing general administrative and coordination support across the PMO

What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous experience working within a busy office, project administration, PMO support or similar environment. You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and confident working with a range of stakeholders.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.You will also need to be able to obtain BPSS clearance for this assignment.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a 6-month contract paying £150 per day via umbrella working on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in the Telford office.
