The Role

• Operating machinery with basic loading and unloading tasks
• Manual assembly of individual components and sub-assemblies
• Careful sorting and packaging of products
• Continuous monitoring of product and processing quality
• Adherence to process, quality, work safety, and environmental standards

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably with initial experience in industrial manufacturing
• Strong quality awareness and a high degree of cleanliness in your work
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (typically 2-shift system)
• Good command of German, both spoken and written
