**WE OFFER PAID RELOCATION**

Director of Clinical Services / Home Health Administrator

We are fixing US healthcare by building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. We’ve built one of the best AI teams in the world (from Character AI, Scale, Palantir, Citadel, Jane Street) and paired them with a team of healthcare veterans to build a new type of healthcare company: one that delivers care at the speed of an AI company.

We have created an opportunity for home health branch clinical leadership to be free from high-volume, process-intensive back-office functions with centralized support. This allows our Director of Clinical Services to have full focus where it matters most: active clinical oversight, enhanced skills training and development, and driving systems and behaviors that keep patients safe and out of the hospital. Our technology also eliminates administrative burden so that clinicians can focus on what they were trained to do: deliver excellent patient care.

The Opportunity

The Director of Clinical Services serves as the Home Health Administrator and senior clinical leader responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional, compliant, and outcomes-driven home health care within branch operations. This role owns clinical quality, regulatory compliance, performance management, and clinical execution at scale, ensuring the organization exceeds Medicare Conditions of Participation.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Home Health Administrator and clinical authority as well as key leader in how we scale safely

  • Lead clinical quality, outcomes, and survey readiness

  • Bring urgency, clarity, and standards to complex clinical operations

  • Oversee clinician development, performance management, and risk mitigation

  • Directly manage Branch Clinical Managers and Field Operations Managers

  • Maintains a limited, targeted clinician caseload to monitor clinical status across active patients; coordinate next steps after clinical events; ensure care plans are clear and actionable; and maintain high standards for clinical documentation quality and timeliness

Who You Are – Must-Haves

  • Active, unrestricted RN license valid in the state of the branch

  • Minimum 1 year of home health leadership in skilled, Medicare-certified home health, with direct reports. Case management, private duty / non-skilled home care, hospice, SNF, and hospital leadership do not count.

  • Deep knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and strong clinical judgment

  • Leadership presence with a strong sense of personal accountability

  • Excellent communication and performance management skills

  • The ability to hire, develop, and lead your branch’s clinical team

  • A willingness to join a fast moving, growth-oriented team

How You Work

  • Owner mindset with accountability for outcomes

  • High standards for quality and compliance – holding the line on quality, documentation, and patient experience

  • Coach-first leadership style – developing people, not just manage tasks

  • Urgency without panic – responding quickly and calmly to clinical risk

  • Clear, decisive communicator

  • Bias to action – solving problems quality while staying safe and compliant

  • Systems thinker who scales best practices

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior Home Health Administrator experience

  • Experience building or improving clinical workflow at scale
