JD:

• Lead current-state assessment, documentation, and impact analysis for Salesforce, Forge, PriceFX, and other commercial applications supporting the Oracle Fusion transformation program.
• Partner with business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, application owners, and technical teams to drive workshops, define remediation plans, and establish governance, documentation standards, and execution plans.
• Develop technical specifications, business process maps, integration inventories, system dependencies, and application profiles to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Required: 10+ years of experience leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, pricing, or commercial transformation programs with deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and ERP integrations.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion/ERP transformation, downstream application impact assessment, stakeholder management, technical documentation, facilitation, and executive communication.
