The Role • Lead the nationwide planning and coordination of measurement and test train operations, including personnel and resource allocation. • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to align service requirements and ensure smooth information flow. • Manage and process orders promptly, ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards. • Develop and implement concepts for the strategic and procedural enhancement of scheduling and track measurement systems. • Participate in specialized projects related to track measurement and oversee adherence to schedules and reporting processes. What You'll Need • Completed technical or business degree, or a comparable vocational qualification. • Experience in planning and managing measurement or testing processes, preferably within the railway sector. • Strong communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder engagement. • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with IT systems such as SAP. • Analytical, structured work approach with a focus on quality and deadlines.
